Making Daddy's Birthday Cupcakes

Mmmmm...Mommy let me lick the beater! Mmmm...chocolate! This is the first time I actually participated in the process once the mixer came out of the cabinet. Can't resist chocolate, I guess - a girl after her mom's heart! I am getting to be a big help in the kitchen; rolling out dough, stirring the batter/sauce/mix. My favorite kitchen job? It's a toss up between putting away silverware (I'm a very good sorter) and mashing sweet potatoes (They make a big mess!).
